Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Summary:

The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for providing high-quality training programs to individuals, with the aim of enhancing their interpersonal, communication, and professional development skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and experience in delivering effective training programs.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and deliver engaging and effective soft skills training programs
2) Identify and assess the soft skills needs of individuals
3) Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
4) Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops
5) Feedback to be provided
6) Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
7) Collaborate with other trainers and Tatwa team to develop and implement training initiatives
8) Stay up-to-date on current trends in soft skills training and development
9) Flexibility in working hours & weekend availability

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field
2) 3+ years of experience in training and development
3) Strong understanding of adult learning principles
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6) Experience in developing and delivering soft skills training programs
