Soft Skills Trainer
The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for providing high-quality training programs to individuals, with the aim of enhancing their interpersonal, communication, and professional development skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and experience in delivering effective training programs.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective soft skills training programs
- Identify and assess the soft skills needs of individuals
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops
- Feedback to be provided
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other trainers and Tatwa team to develop and implement training initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in soft skills training and development
- Flexibility in working hours & weekend availability
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in training and development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing and delivering soft skills training programs
